interior inspiration : decorative letters.

I have quite a few big letters around our home, but these make me yearn for more...

    love this post!

    my one letter regret was putting back this big white 3-d lowercase metal "e" at a antique store in chicago (it was only $25!) because we didn't have enough room in the car with four friends and four friend's stuff driving back to minneapolis. i think about it often. i should have put it on my lap.

    the moral of the story: always make room in the car.

    I love the wall full of random letters! I've been dreaming of having a giant freestanding letter or two in my apartment for so long now, I found this giant L at a store near me but it was gone before I blinked!

    I've always loved the use of typography as decorative objects in a home. These images are a great selection. Decorating with letters comes a close second to my neverending desire to paint a wall entirely in blackboard paint.
