For the second year in a row, the lovely duo of
Hello Handmade Paperie are selling their own take on classic valentines. Each valentine is folded in the style of Jane Austen-era letters and features both one of
Shanna Murray's illustrations of swallows (which are printed & then hand-painted) and
Betsy Dunlap's absolutely gorgeous calligraphy, writing whatever words you'd like to say to your honey. So very, very romantic and something the receiver will hold on to forever. ($14 each)
This letter looks like the one John Keats sends to his lover in Jane's Campion movie...
