interior inspiration : vintage wallpaper.
One of my favorite things about old homes is the wallpaper they occasionally come with. I know many people find old wallpaper atrocious, but I frequently adore the patterns and charm that it adds to a home. One day I am going to buy a huge roll of some (like this perhaps?), cover the bedroom, and very happily enjoy the sweet charm as I curl up with a good book.

ReplyDeleteLovely inspiration, I love with the blue and yellow bedroom. Have you see the collection of little fawn? I want to do the same, so cute!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous, there is such an ethereal feel to old faded wallpaper isn't there? I especially love the yellow with the gold ben in front of it, it is so unapologetically feminine!

ReplyDeleteGorgeous! Do you know the Dutch brand Inke (www.inke.nl)? They make all kinds of animals and trees (for children's rooms) out of vintage wall paper. My son has an elephant and a giraffe in his room and he loves it! I showed it on my blog (on 23 August).
ReplyDeleteomg that pink room with the pink dress laying on the bed, you totally know I want to be there!
