interior inspiration : studio spaces.

I really love seeing the spaces of other artists and designers. After visiting my friend Cori's stunning treasure-filled Sellwood studio yesterday (seen in the fourth photo above), I am now completely inspired to turn our garage into a studio of my own. Perhaps if I did it I would finally feeling motivated to start creating again. I think everyone needs a little place of their own to be able to get away from home and work in.

  1. I want a studio too! If I don't get stuck in Europe I hope to have one in Portland when I return! Crossing fingers. Thanks for the inspiration.

  2. Yes...I truly believe, as you said, everyone needs a place to create...just a little one of their own.
Next/This Winter...I will hopefully have my studio...but for now my Marimekko covered table in the kitchen...will do.
Love this Post...I dream sweet dreams after seeing studios of other talents.
    Thanks you!

  7. How inspiring! All of them. It's the little parts and pieces that one enjoys looking at and/or through which inspires them to create. AND all of natural light?! Delicious.

This apartment dweller will dream of a space like one of those one day...
