I used to make fun of the big mushroom-loving fad of my youth, back when there would be nauseating brightly-colored toadstools printed on everything from school supplies to accessories sold in bad mall shops. Now I am appreciating the comeback, with extremely cute items being made such as this and these.

Designer Thomas Wold just recently took mushroom inspiration to a new level, creating some pretty amazing furniture in the shapes of toadstools (available/seen on Design Public).
