I remember seeing this last year- such a creative holiday decorating idea. I must admit, I am completely absorbed in the holiday season right now. (image from Living Etc.)
I totally did that in my dining room!! I love the one in your picture too. It was not too hard. The trick was getting the branch balanced. Here is a picture of mine if you want to see it. http://madisonavenuebaby.blogspot.com/ Love your blog. Dawn
Wow that's so rustic chic, I am in love with the idea of this decoration now!
Ever since my fiance proposed to me with a gorgeous diamond engagement ring from www.idonowidont.com we have moved into a new place and I'm looking for cute ways to decorate for Christmas that's unique like this.
I will have to steal this entire look for our dining room table area now, thanks!
Yes, it is a really good idea - if the branch is of the "right" sort. This doesn't look good to me. It should be a cranky, twisted branch... This "moves" too fast. :-(
Reminds me of a Harry Potter broomstick! :)
ReplyDeleteI love the mismatched chairs all painted the same color!
