It is something I have loved in homes every since I can remember- it makes me think of cozy old diners and the beach home I grew up in. Black and white tile is a classic.

these photos are so inspirational! it's my dream to have black and white tile in the kitchen. (i have yellow and green right now which isn't so bad though.)

these are great!!! i absolutely dislike my kitchen floor. our landlords could care less about it too. i will pretend its nice and checkered like these pics are!
